Dr. Hans Bernhard Wagner

Dr. Wagner joined SilverArrow Advisors Senior Advisory Board in 2012 to support the management team with his acclaimed international technical and project management know-how. He is actively involved in the technical advisory and supports project management in addition he serves as a non-executive member in the technical advisory council.
Throughout his successful industrial career Dr. Wagner has served in various executive positions in leading German industrial companies. As Head of R&D in Cerdec AG and Degussa AG, he has led very successful technical developments and innovations in the areas of Environmental Technologies and the Energy and Machining industry.
He is an internationally acknowledged R&D and restructuring expert. Dr. Wagner holds a PhD in physics and a Bachelor in Business and is an alumnus of the University of Frankfurt.
